Nhan H. Nguyen has a public disciplinary record in Texas, and it is the only one on our Texas pages. The State Bar prints it under its own heading, which means the Bar stands behind it.
A fully probated suspension means the suspension was imposed and then held in abeyance on conditions — the lawyer keeps practising while the probation runs. It is a real sanction and it is not a disbarment. The register gives the sanction and the dates; it does not say what the conduct was. We are not going to guess at it, and neither should anyone reading this.
It ended in August 2016. He has been eligible to practise since, and the register shows nothing after it.

The State Bar of Texas publishes its own disciplinary finding and stands behind it. Much of the rest of the page — firm, firm size, practice areas, fee options, courts of admittance, other states licensed, languages — is entered by the lawyer. The Bar prints that warning itself: this information is self-reported, and current licence or admittance status can only be certified by the appropriate court or licensing entity.
